Under the contract in addition to the servicing of unit, all the minor adjustment shall be carried out by us FREE, as and when required. Major repairs will be carried out at company’s workshop. However simple work like replacement of small part is expected to be carried out by our technician at site only.

• Spare parts, as and when needed, will be replaced by us
• If the unit is rendered UN operational because of damage due to Accident, negligence, misuse or act of nature, intentionally or unintentionally the company reserve the right to charge the customer for the repairs thereof.

3. Warranty Service;

Apex Sanitech systems offer that wash Room hygiene items purchased from us wide Tax Invoice. Warranty for any Manufacturing Defects Twelve month from date of Invoice under company terms and condition.

If the unit is Rendered UN operational because of damage due to accident, negligence, Misuse or act of nature, intentionally or unintentionally warranty will not Covered.

4. Spares:

For immediate requirement for any repair and replacement work for what are the materials supplied by us we assured guaranteed spares available with us to give accuracy service with out any delay

5. Service Team:

Apex sanitech systems having qualified and experienced service Engineer and Service technician to give 100% assured on time service to our client, in its all working days

6.Plumbing and sanitary services:

We undertake major and minor repair and maintenance of Plumbing and sanitary job in and around Chennai, on turn key basis and we are committed to our service on time bound completion.

7. Auto CAD Drawing services:

We under take all service related CAD drawing work for Plumbing and sanitary work, Electrical work and Fire fighting works.
